What happens after you pay
The fulfillment rules this shop will follow. Payment is not connected, so none of this runs yet.
States
An order moves through payment and delivery separately: pending, paid, delivered, a retryable failure, or manual review.
Paying once queues a single provision. A repeated payment notice for the same event does not create a second profile.
When the supplier is slow
If the supplier does not answer, the order stays in retryable failure until that order number is reconciled. It is not blindly ordered again.
A failed installation email does not provision another profile. The same installation access is sent again after the profile already exists.
