Privacy notice
RoamFinch sells travel data plans. This notice describes the data the site stores to do that. It is the operator’s notice for this shop, not a notice from the mobile network.
What is stored
- AccountAn email address and a one-time sign-in link. The link is stored as a hash and expires in 20 minutes.
- OrderThe plan name, the price, the payment state, and the supplier order number. The card number is collected by Stripe, not by this site.
- InstallationThe eSIM activation string is encrypted before it is stored. The admin console does not show it.
- SupportThe email, subject, and message you send from the support page.
- UsageA snapshot of bytes used and bytes remaining, when the supplier reports them.
Who receives it
eSIM Access receives the package code and a transaction id so it can provision the plan. Stripe receives the amount, currency, and email so it can take payment. Mail is sent only for sign-in and for replies the operator chooses to send.
How long it stays
Orders and support messages stay until the operator deletes them. Sign-in links expire. You can ask, from the email on the account, for the stored email and support messages to be deleted after any unpaid order is closed. A delivered installation record is kept so the same plan can be shown again to the buyer.
