Terms of sale

A plan is an offer only while checkout is open and the package is still listed by the supplier at the price shown on the plan page. Sample cards are not offers.

• What you buyA data-only eSIM plan for the countries and allowance shown on that package. It does not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS from the mobile network.
• PriceThe price is the supplier’s suggested retail price unless the shop has set a markup. The browser does not set the price. Payment is in US dollars through Stripe.
• DeliveryAfter payment, the shop orders the plan from eSIM Access. The installation string appears on the account order page. Provisioning can take time. A second order is not placed merely because the first one is slow.
• Your phoneThe phone must be unlocked and must support eSIM. RoamFinch does not unlock a carrier lock and does not guarantee coverage at a particular address.
• Hotspot and speedOnly the facts printed on the package apply. If hotspot or a speed is not listed, it is unconfirmed.
